I just went to this salon for treatment, which is I try it b'cos it looks great from the marketing

and when I'm arrived, I feel hmm... nice place.
Start walking to the door, there one of the staff open the door suddenly says "to the gorjes salon"?without saying welcome, hello, or greeting,,and I said yes,and then he said  "it's in the 2nd floor... without saying which ways with his hand or direction,etc..haiyahh?? hmm ok, lah,
It's a bit dark, but I still can see and look around, I don't mind, I could say it's a nice place..

Ok,continuing to 2nd floor, another staff I meet was a guy, and a woman which is sitting down, and again no greeting or saying welcome or asking anything...
so... I just directly saying I have reservation...under name....and ...I have package treatment.

Then,they told me to sit and wait, so they prepare the paper, etc...

Next, after I wrote a form paper, they told me to go to 3nd floor, which is one of the staff already  shouting their friend from 2nd floor, to tell that their is a customer, and when I go to 3nd floor surprise....

I saw a woman having her time to do selfie, and  saying over there... mba (In English sister) ...but I'm wondering, was she a guest or she was a staff? b'cos the way she wear wasn't looks like a massage therapist who was ready to do her job, but it looks like she ready go to mall, instead of to work...

Haha, I thought it's only happend on  my work that I can wear like these at work, Lol

But my work place totally different we always greeting and smile to our customer, and work professional, and yess we have no uniform at nite time, but we do have dress code...

Ok then back again to my stories, so I walk to the corner and wait there, and waiting... so I don't know which one the bed I'm gonna used, or I just choose or wait until they told or what, so I decide to look around, until the therapist comes from her business selfie with her tong-sis (tongkat narsis) hmm...unbelievable...

Well...I know there no guest that time, but helloo.., so what am I?

and after waiting, she's finally comes, and says why ... is there's something wrong? 

Can you imagine a guest waiting for  services, but the staff was busy with her selfie, and after waiting, she asking "why, is there's something wrong"...hahaha... what do you think???

Woww, I never went to salon like these...

Amazing isn't ???

Next, I take massage and scrub treatment...

massage technique ok, but it just only maybe 5-10 minute, after she directly do the scrub.

NOTE! these for all massage therapist : some people(customers) who have been doing massage for many times, or have been go to SPA/Salon,they will know you doing your job or not,is it a good massage or not. 

And most IMPORTANT, 

they know (customers) you do your massage with heart, with anger,lazy, playing or work hard & even tired...they can feel your energy,

and I know...exactly all of these... 

and I can feel she just working without heart, just like playing...

I even didn't feel relaxed or could fall a sleep as usual when I have my massage...and her hand was cold, plus in this rainy day, with air cond, and cold cream on my body...well, I couldn't feels comfortable at all.

and u know what, after I  realize, this massage & scrub...

hmm...damm my panties, so I ask, why I didn't see any disposable panties, on the bed when I changes my clothes?

but she said, ooh you need to pay for that it cost 50cent (around Rp6000) 

whattt???

since when I need to pay for disposable panties when I go for massage? even last time when I went to cheaper salon and not good place like these, that disposable panties are ready at bed and it's included, so I ask? why you didn't tell me earlier or remind me? 

then she said, well I thought you know it, or you bring another panties on your bag...

what the heck, how did I know, it's not written on the wall, or other staff say about these, ooh gosh...!!!

and the word making worst was, she not even say apologize, or feels sorry,but she said, "I thought u should know b'cos I have been a massages therapist for long time in salon" 

what the heck...!@#$%?

next I finished my massages and do the hair treatment 

back  to 2nd floor, one of the staff a woman say sit over here mba (sister) then after washing, and hair mask done. while waiting for hair mask, I can see a group of staff  seating in front of TV watching, talking, and playing hand-phone in front of  me, in guest area, well might be the management allowed them to do that, and no strick rules about the place between guest and staff area.

hmm...no comment for these things!!! 

Finally I got my hair blow, hmm... looks ok,then she asking (the hair do) do you want spray, for your hair? 

hmm...I said no, it's ok no need, b'cos I just feels wanna leaved soon, 

I feel so uncomfortable ...

Conclusion 

-Staff  are not welcomed at all

-No staff greetings

-I feel so uncomfortable, 

-No staff smile

-All staff looks arrogant 

-Services...so..so..

For owner and marketing team, b'cos  they already spent money time, or might be hard work for the effort company, like I can see, from the marketing , I come b'cos marketing good, makes me choose to come and take the package, owner good to effort the place and equipment 

b'cos I know it's not cheap and easy for all of these...I give thumbs up!!!

For the staff, ...I wish don't have any staff like that..

But I feel sorry for them, b'cos their team in services, wasn't competent for services at all

they don't know how to treat customer, specially new one...

b'cos new customer actually important for more income, we do the first judge, who could compare and bring some more people, which is good advertising and power full than ads on TV or magazine, also more cheaper, and treatable , b'cos I said mouth to mouth, which is I said it detail and with some spices... who could makes people feels interested....

But, just like I said we're judge and have power full ads...(I said base my reality from all my guest at my working place which is connected with services)

So my advise never underestimate all of your guest, never see them from your own glasses, either, skin tone,position clothes or other things else...

B'cos guest are the one who pay, and they come with expectation,..

My suggestion to the owner... you might be need to check your CCTV look what they do at work, 

Well, trully I'm so disaponted, with the staff, I come from far and paying for these thingssss...for services like these???

well, I won't come again, ever...and either my friends... (my ads...) I won't recommend this place at all, *oh ya, usually I gave tips with all the staff, but for this ....luky I didn't say shittt

haha, I won't gave any money,single penny to them, 

Even I'm leaving I still saying thank you, b'cos no staff saying saying thank you for coming.... 

haha....Amazinggg...
